How to paste glass Mosaic?
(1) basic processing. Clean the loose concrete, mortar and other sundries on the wall, fill the eyes and feet, and water the wall. Layering with cement mortar bottom leveling, mortar should be patted solid and scraping ruler according to the flat, then use wooden trowel rub coarse. Yin and Yang Angle must be wiped vertical, square, flat. In case of dry weather, should be sprinkler maintenance base.
(2) stretch the dividing line. For glass mosaics designed with horizontal and vertical slits, the size of each set is 308 mm ×308 mm, the gap between sets is 2 mm, and the typesetting modulus is 310 mm. The backside size of each small Mosaic is about 18 mm x 18 mm, the gap between the grains is 2 mm, and the paving modulus of each grain is 20 mm. For the wall between Windows, if the mantissa after its full size row cannot be divided by 20 mm, then the last row of mosaics cannot be arranged, and can only be adjusted through the partition seam.
(3) apply bonding layer. Spray water to wet the screed layer of the wall, brush the plain cement slurry, with the brush with the combined layer.
(4) elastic pink line. Stretch the pink line over the bonding layer. General every square is advisable with 4 couplet Mosaic.
(5) slurry closure. Lay Mosaic flat on the board, with iron trowel cement paste into Mosaic gaps, to fill gaps in the surface after scraping a 1 ~ 2 mm thick cement paste bond layer. If the paving is white or light color Mosaic, then bonding layer and seam cement paste should be prepared with white cement.
