BJD factory is scheduled to reopen and gradually back to normal production level from March, 2020. In order to avoiding the coronavirus affect our staff health as well as the customer's goods, we has taken the active measurements as below:
ONLY AUTHORIZED STAFF CAN ENTER OUR FACTORY AREA: Authorized staff has sent to hospital for physical exam before getting approval of entering factory area. BJD also taking clear notice to anyone passing our street for not entering restricted area.
ALL WORKERS ARE EXAMED FOR BODY TEMPERATURE BEFORE THEIR SHIFT: Even with physical exam approved in advance, daily check routine are still required for keeping all workers safe from contracting virus. Any suspected worker will be asked to be quarantined or sent to hospital for observation. We protect ourselves as well as protect our customer's goods at the same time.
EACH WORKER WILL BE EQUIPED WITH ACEMASK, GLOVES AND NECESSARY SANITARY NAPKIN: Everyday at our own cost.
WORKING AREA DISINFECTION MEASUREMENTS TAKEN: Disinfection measures are requested to be taken every day. Assigned disinfected staff is conducting spraying disinfectant after daily shift over.
ALL WORKERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEARING FACE MASKING DURING WHOLE PROCESS: In doing so we keep everyone protected. Workings also asked to keep a safty distance between each other for avoiding direct contact.
BEFORE FINAL PACKING DISINFECTION MEASURES ARE ALSO DONE: We will make sure all the packing is safe from the virus, including the final loading this disinfection operated will be conducted.
