FAQ:
1. How do I install your product and cut them?
-Our mosaic and tile can be easily installed sames as ceramic or stone mosaic tiles. For mosaic, please use grout for final finish will creat a neat and elegant look.
-Cutting glass tile may need a wetsaw and cutting from back(paint side) is recommended for a neat cutting edge. Traditional glass cutting tool is also recommended. Please check our vedio of cutting guide for your information.
2. Can glass mosaic or tile be used in a heated environment? like behind an oven or in front of a heating pipe?
-During production, all glass mosaic or tile must go through extremely high temperature up to 800 degree to strengthen itself and also 200 degree for backing process. Therefore, cooking or heating temperature is suitable and safe for applying our tiles. To leave a 10-15cm space in front of open fire environment is recommended.
3. Can I use your product in a swimming pool?
-Yes, our product can be used in both wet or dry occasion. We strongly recommend to do the waterproof before install our mosaic tiles in a swimming pool or sauna room and do not use them on a wet floor to avoid slippery injure.
4. Can I use your product for outdoor use?
-Normally, glass mosaic and tile is used for indoor decoration. Uv in sunlight will cause certain color fade away over the years. If you insist on using the outdoor please inform us before order, we can add anti-uv addictive to reduce the fading. However, please be noted some color will eventually fade away over the years.
5. What kind of glass do you use for your product? Is it recycled or environmental friendly?
-BJD select the best floating glass as the raw material. All paint used during our production process is non-tonic and environmental friendly. We have SGS and CE certificate for your reference.
6. Does your mosaic/tile has color variations?
-All colors and shade photos showed in our website is done by professional photographer under standard lightenting. However screen color may affect your sight and all colors will be subject to the actual samples. We provide color matching service by pantone code. If you need your colors customized please provide color sample or international color chart before ordering.
